The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it when using one of the premium plans. The only other fees that may be charged are for usage of AI, Email, SMS and MMS as carrier fees are additional costs charged by wireless carriers and service providers and are passed through to BizSmart AI customers. However, these charges are minimal just $10 dollars will give you about 8,000 emails or 1,000 text messages. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns that much is sufficient for most small businesses.

YES! We offer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week customer support. We also provide you with help docs, video "how to" tutorials, interactive tours of the BizSmart AI platform, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and even Live Chat tech support. If that's not enough, we also offer on-demand Zoom support as needed. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!

We want to make sure you are set up for success, so we help you get set up and train you on how to use BizSmart AI on a day to day basis. You'll be greeted with an hour long training session and technical set up call. You'll experience a white-glove onboarding experience to get you ready to grow your business. Then you get two strategy sessions with one of the BizSmart AI experts and one Team Training Session. All trainings and sessions are recorded for your use if needed.

In the strategy session, we'll go over the inner-workings of your business, your current strategies for marketing, customer acquisition, current technology in use, and we'll setup a road-map and execution plan for how to best use BizSmart AI technology to BOOST your business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for scheduling all of your meetings with BizSmart AI. It is recommended that you schedule your meetings one per day without skipping days.

So to recap, here are the meetings you will need to schedule:

• 1 hour - Training Session & Technical Setup Call

• 1 hour - White Glove Onboarding Session

• 1 hour - Strategy Session 1

• 1 hour - Strategy Session 2

• 1 hour - Team Training Session

  After BizSmart AI setup and the initial training, you will be provided with the 24 hr / 7 day per week Support Chat and On-demand Zoom Calls. You will also get escalated expert support and training as needed. It will be your responsibility to ask for help when needed. We are here for you and so PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK FOR HELP.
